  • 2 turkey cutlets
  • sprig of rosemary, freshly chopped
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

Method

  1. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper and sprinkle with rosemary. Coat each cutlet first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the oil. Fry the cutlets for 10 minutes, turning once.
