  • About

Fusing two great recipes: Japanese teriyaki-style beef and sticky rice. In Japanese ‘teri’ means ‘shine’ and ‘yaki’ means to grill, which is the usual way of cooking teriyaki, pieces of skewered marinated meat dipped in teriyaki sauce and then grilled. However, teriyaki sauce can also be used to flavor stir fries and in this case the sweet savory sauce is cooked with juicy steaks. Intermittent mouthfuls of the two are divine.
