Steamed Pak Choy or Broccoli

Preparation time: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 2-3 minutes


  • 4 cups water
  • 12 oz pak choy or broccoli


  1. Bring 4 cups water to the boil in a wok. Put the pak choy on a heatproof plate, transfer to a bamboo steamer, put the lid on and place it over the wok, ensuring the base of the steamer is not submerged in the water, and steam for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and keep the pak choy warm in the steamer until ready to serve.
