My mom’s family is from Dongbei, where they make kimchi in the winter and use it in daily meals. In this recipe, we use kimchi to fill up fluffy buns that are savory, spicy, and crunchy. Make these buns in advance and freeze them so that you can easily reheat and enjoy them as a snack on a busy day.
