This is a super-simple yet rich-tasting dish that unlocks the power of smoked tofu. It’s the type of dish my family makes all the time because it’s quick to prepare and filling. The chili oil in the sauce really makes this dish shine, but if you don’t want any spiciness, you can use toasted sesame oil instead.
