My favorite is the fall version, which includes squash, carrots, radishes, and dark leafy greens. Some versions also include potatoes and sweet potatoes. To prepare the vegetables, simply steam them until tender. In the summer, you can enjoy the dipping sauce with raw vegetables, such as cucumber, radishes, peppers, celery, cherry tomatoes, and carrots.
