For this dish, Anaheim peppers are panfried until blistered and tender and then cooked in a sour, savory sauce. The finished dish is hot, flavorful, and appetizing, and will add a nice sizzle to your dinner table. When the peppers are perfectly blistered on a grill, black stripes form that look like tiger patterns, hence the name.
