Tender, crisp, stir-fried snow pea shoots and plenty of aromatics create a mouthwatering dish that you won’t be able to stop eating. This is a signature recipe from Sichuan and one of my go-tos when eating at a Sichuan restaurant. If you’re lucky enough to find snow pea shoots at the farmers market or an Asian market, you will enjoy their delicate flavor.
