  • 1 lb. of tunny fish in oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 or 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 or 2 carrots, garlic, oil, white wine.


Chop the vegetables and cook in oil till tender. Then add the fish, cut in inch lengths, and a few tablespoons of white wine. Simmer for about ½ an hour.
