Fish à La Asturia

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of fish
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • 2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon of grated chocolate
  • 4 ozs of butter
  • 1 glass of water
  • 12 small mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • salt and pepper.

Method

Put the butter in a casserole and, when hot, add the fish, the finely shredded onions, previously cooked, and the tablespoon of flour. Then add the hot water, the wine, the grated chocolate, salt and pepper, and simmer till the fish is tender. Add the cooked mushrooms 10 minutes before serving.
