  • 1 or 2 young chickens
  • small sausages
  • tomatoes
  • parsley
  • oil
  • flour
  • the yolks of 1 or 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper.


Cut the chicken in half, roll in flour, season with salt and pepper, brush over with the beaten yolks of eggs, coat with fine breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Serve with fried sausages, a few tomatoes, baked in the oven and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
