Ingredients

  • One or 2 young chickens
  • 5 or 6 onions
  • the yolks of 1 or 2

Method

Slice the onions and cook in hot fat till a golden colour. Add the chickens cut in quarters and sprinkle all with the paprika. When the chickens are slightly coloured, add the yolks of eggs, well mixed with the sour cream, season with salt and pepper and simmer till the chickens are quite tender. Rice is served with this dish.
