Ingredients

  • a few cooked potatoes
  • yolks of 1 or 2 eggs, a little

Method

Mash the potatoes, add a little milk and butter, and bind with the yolks of 1 or 2 eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into small balls, roll in flour, then coat with yolk of egg and fine breadcrumbs. Either bake in the oven
