  • lbs. of cooked potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tablespoons

Method

Chop the onion and fry to a golden colour in butter. Peel and slice the potatoes and put them in a fireproof dish with the onion, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and grated cheese and add the sour cream, to which the eggs have been added. Season with salt and pepper and brown in a moderate oven.
