Drachona

Ingredients

  • lbs. of flour
  • 1 pint of milk
  • 2 ozs. of butter
  • 3 yolks of eggs
  • ¼ lb. of icing sugar, a pinch of salt.

Method

Cream the butter and add it to the yolks of eggs, previously beaten with the sugar. Thoroughly blend the flour and milk, add the yolks of eggs, etc., and a pinch of salt, mixing and beating well. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan, pour the mixture into it and bake in the oven for ½ an hour.
