  • For 6 people: ½ lb. of minced beef, ¼ lb. of minced veal, 2 ozs

Method

Put the meat three times through the mincer. Beat the eggs with the milk, add the breadcrumbs and let them soak till they swell. Fry the chopped onions to a golden brown.
