Ingredients

  • 5 ozs. of flour, the same of brown sugar
  • 3 ozs. of moist ginger

Method

Chop the ginger, make a somewhat stiff dough with the ingredients, put in a long, greased baking tin and bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour. Remove the cake from the tin and let it cool.
