  • lbs. of fish, cut in steaks or slices
  • 2 teaspoons of ground onions

Method

Mix the above condiments and rub them well into the slices of fish and allow to stand for 1 hour or longer. Fry the fish thus seasoned in hot oil to a light golden colour.

A simpler method is to rub the fish with curry powder and salt, let it stand for the same time, and also fry in oil.
