Method

Small neat pieces are cut from the breast of a chicken and put on skewers alternately with mushrooms cut the same size as the pieces of chicken. The chicken and mushrooms are then grilled, and served with peas and a sauce made with a little meeting, saké and Shoyu, well mixed.
