Pears baked with Cassis

• 4 large firm pears
• 50 g caster sugar
• 1 tbsp lemon ju

Preparation

Preheat the combi steam oven at 175°C/60% humidity. Peel and core the pears and cut them into quarters. Place them in the solid tray cooking insert and sprinkle over the sugar. Sprinkle over the lemon juice and then the melted butter. Drizzle over the Cassis
