Method

Preparation

Place all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, except the eggs and the breadcrumbs. Mix really well. Cover and leave to stand for 3 - 4 days, stirring occasionally. When ready to cook stir in the beaten eggs and the breadcrumbs. Mix really well. Spoon into one large 2 litre pudding basin or two 1 litre basins. Cover with either a fitting lid or a layer of greas
