This is a really comforting savoury snake for a winter’s afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 4 slices ham
  • 2 tablespoons

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4.

Dry the sliced potatoes. De-rind the ham and cut into strips.
