  • About

Mostly, I prefer noodles to pasta. A Chinese friend once told me that most Chinese buy ‘Dolly noodles to eat at home. This brand is readily available in Chinese supermarkets, but if you can’t get them use egg noodles. When I am at home, I am a great one for cooking joints of meat for my friends to enjoy, so there is always leftover meat. You can use any cold meat for this, but I prefer pork. The blachan (shrimp paste) and beansprouts are optional.
