  • About

This tart is properly called a pudding. Tire story of the Bakewell political tavener whose kitchen maid poured the almond mixture into a jam tart is the most famous example of a successful cookery mistake and is probably apocraphal but I shall be banned from Bakewell if I say so. This chocolate version is quite delicious and an nteresting pudding or tart for your tea table.
