Another salsa to serve with densely textured or oily fish.


  • 150 g fresh pineapple, cut into very small dice
  • 1 small red pepper, skinned and cut into 1cm dice
  • ½ a


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Let stand in the fridge for an hour or so.
