A hottish dressing for potato salad.


  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp


Put all the ingredients into the blender and whizz until smooth, or into a screw-top jar and shake until emulsified. You may well not have to add any salt if the peppercorns are packed in brine.
