This is absolutely simple, but all you need for a salad of lentils cooked with some finely diced carrot and onion with a clove of garlic. Enough for about 250g lentils.


  • 4 tbsp groundnut or sunflower oil
  • 4 tbsp white or red wine vinegar


Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl, seasoning to taste.
