Red Cabbage Salad: Dressing

• 2 tbsp Dijon-type mustard
• 3 tsp runny honey
• 3

In a jam jar with the lid on tight, shake together the first four or five ingredients (the salt needs to be added before the oils). Now add the oils and shake well again.
