Ingredients

  • 15 g roasted and ground hazelnuts
  • 50 g unsalted butter, softened
  • salt

Method

Mix the hazelnuts and butter together, season lightly with salt, and roll into a cylindrical shape, about 5cm in diameter. Chill until hard.
