Oxtail Goulash with Caraway Noodles: Caraway noodles


  • 300 g ribbon pasta
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 tsp ground caraway seeds
  • ½ tsp poppy seeds


Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Melt the butter in the hot pan and add the caraway seeds and the poppy seeds. Toss the pasta well in these.
