Chocolate Cake: Buttercream

• 50 g plain chocolate
• 2 egg yolks
• 50 g icing sugar</

Melt the chocolate in a large mixing bowl over hot water, and add all the other ingredients. Beat with an electric whisk for about 4 minutes, until smooth and creamy.

Alternatively, simply melt together 100g chocolate, 50g butter and 1 tbsp rum, brandy or Grand Marnier, and pour over the cake.
