Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C/Gas4.

Place the first five ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and run the motor until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add the egg yolk and water and run again until the dough adheres in a lump. Refrigerate for a few minutes. Roll out
