Sarah Fairbairn’s Bloody Mary Mix

I’d always thought Bloody Mary rather an indifferent drink (not in the same league as a Manhattan or even a Negroni), even using the best tomato juice, until Sarah brought this recipe to Blandford Street. The (small) problem is that celery seeds are quite hard to find, but you can substitute a pinch of celery salt without doing too much damage. A few drops of this mix turns Bloody Mary into a proper drink.
