Preheat the oven to 400°F/205°C/Gas6.
Put all the dry ingredients in the food-processor bowl and run the motor for a few seconds. Add the milk and lemon juice and process for a few more seconds to make a dryish paste. Scrape out on to a floured surface (same flour) and roll out to a thickness of slightly less than the f.b. Cut out circles with an 8cm cutter, place on a shee
