Serve it warm in winter and chilled in summer. The following recipe makes four servings.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 8 tsp cornflour
  • ½ cup

Method

Heat three cups of the milk. Mix the cornflour in the remaining milk and stir until it dissolves. Add the hot milk while stirring and cook on a medium heat while stirring constantly. When it starts to bubble, lower the heat and cook for a few more minutes until the mixture clings to the back of a woode
