The name derives from his descendants, who still live in the estate where he was born more than two thousand years ago, where they have maintained a kitchen renowned for its sophisticated and refined dishes. This example uses quite ordinary ingredients and yet achieves an elegant result by applying some thoughtful craftsmanship.
