House of Confucius Stuffed Mushrooms

Not that the sage Confucius himself ate these mushrooms. The name derives from his descendants, who still live in the estate where he was born more than two thousand years ago, where they have maintained a kitchen renowned for its sophisticated and refined dishes. This example uses quite ordinary ingredients and yet achieves an elegant result by applying some thoughtful craftsmanship.
