Stir-fried Beef with Bitter Melon

Bitter Melon has a tangy bitter flavour but at the same time it leaves a cooling aftertaste on the tongue that is quite unique. Not only the Chinese have a penchant for it, but also the Indians and the Caribbeans. Stir-fried with a strong meat, beef, the flavour of which is made the more robust by the black beans and garlic, the overall flavour of the dish is perhaps an acquired taste, but I do recommend it. Once you have acquired the taste, you can’t help but sing its praise and recommend
