  • 115 g (4 oz) white sesame seeds

Method

  1. Heat a wok or a frying pan until hot. Add the sesame seeds and stir continuously over a medium heat for about 8 minutes or until the seeds have turned pale golden in colour. Transfer to a dish and let cool completely. Keep in an airtight jar.
