Snappy greens beans and cherry tomatoes are blistered and tossed with spicy, earthy harissa (which is mildly tamed with a bit of honey and butter) and topped with shallots that have been quickly pickled in lime juice for a jolt of acidity. As this is a summer side waiting to happen, you can alternatively char your vegetables on the grill. The tomatoes won’t get the same jamminess, but they will take on a bit of smokiness and taste pretty darn good.
