I made this dish for Tamar when her son Louis was born. I’m not a mom, but I’ve seen A LOT(!), and I know how important it is to have quick meals that freeze well on hand. This is one of them. I tend to be more of a pork person than a beef person and chose to make this sauce with only that, hence the name. You could certainly swap in ground beef if you prefer, or a combination of the two, but I like it just the way it is. You’ll be pleased to find it months
