This is a fudgsicle for adults, inspired by Alice Medrich’s perfect recipe. Quality cocoa, Nutella (or in my case, Nocciolata, my preferred chocolate-hazelnut spread, which is organic, made without palm oil, and tastes great), and a nip of alcohol all up the intensity of this super-chocolatey, not-too-sweet pop. I use a mixture of Armagnac and amaretto, which heightens the hazelnut flavor.
