The pasta dough here is softer than the basic dough, making it particularly suitable for these delicate ravioli.

Ingredients

  • 1.75 kg (4 lb) pumpkin
  • 6 amaretti biscuits, finely crumbled

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6. Cut the pumpkin into large slices and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, until soft. Scrape the fles
