Method

Mix a hefty spoonful of the sadeh sauce with an equal amount of water to make a thick sauce, which you will be able to pour into the wok later. Stir-fry the beef and remove. Stir-fry the gai laan, beginning with the garlic. When it is almost cooked, add your slightly-diluted sadeh sauce and the cooked beef (and the chili if desired).
