1 cup (5 oz/150 g) fresh or frozen peas
- Remove the green peas from their pods if using fresh peas, or defrost the peas if frozen.
- Combine the Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a wok and, when hot, stir-fry the corn, carrot, bell pepper, onion, green beans, and ginger for 2 minutes.
- Add the peas, and continue to cook for another 1 or 2 minutes.
