  • lbs (700 g) pork loin
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Method

  1. Cut the pork into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet and stir-fry the fennel and cumin seeds until aromatic, then add the onions and stir-fry until golden brown, about 10 minutes in total.
