  • 1 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced ⅛ in. thick
  • 8 oz. apples, peeled, cored and sliced

Method

Place potatoes, apples and bacon in a greased pie-dish. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper; add stock. Roll out pastry and place over pie filling (use pie funnel). Bake for 1¼-1½ hours.
