Mix 11 oz. S.R. (self-rising) flour, 5 oz. mashed potato, ½ teaspoonful salt. Add 6 tablespoonfuls water to make dough. Knead. Leave in fridge for 10 minutes. Roll into strip approx. 18 in. by 5 in., dot 8 oz. butter over two-thirds pastry. Fold into three, turn and roll out. Repeat. Place in fridge for 30 minutes. Turn and roll three mor
