To make the stuffing, colour onion in the butter. Remove from heat and mix in the breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, seasoning, celery and beaten egg to bind the mixture. Lay slices of Argentine beef out flat and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll them with a rolling-pin until just about paper thin. Place some stuffing on each steak. Roll up and secure with cocktail sticks.
