  • 4 Fillet Steaks, 1 in. thick

Method

Cut a ‘pocket’ through one side of each steak. Mix all ingredients for stuffing together with beaten egg to bind. Fill each ‘pocket’ with stuffing and secure openings with cocktail sticks. Wrap steaks in foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 425°F. (Gas Mark 7)
