  • 1 lb. shoulder or leg lamb, cooked
  • 2 sticks celery, chopped

Method

Cut the lamb into small pieces. Add celery, almonds, and pepper. Mix together celery salt and mayonnaise and toss lamb and vegetables in the mixture; chill. Make cup shapes from the lettuce leaves. Pile the lamb salad on these cups and serve immediately.
